Mechanical assembly. Grain silos. Processing lines.
Design, delivery and mechanical and electrical assembly for grain silos, mills and feed plants, seed processing lines, dryers and biogas plants. Electrical installations and automation for processing lines of any complexity, built on the customer's own site.
About us
Rosilo designs, delivers, installs and integrates grain storage and conditioning systems of any size and complexity. We work for farmers, agricultural associations and grain traders, alongside established silo manufacturers.
We started with the mechanical and electrical assembly of grain silos. Today we also cover what comes before and after: civil works, foundation design and construction, the design, fabrication and erection of steel structures, elevator towers, electrical installations and control panels.
We work on the customer's own site, in Romania and abroad. Because we have projects running all year round, we can also take on work at short notice.

The team
A silo does not go up with one trade. In the same few weeks the site has steel fixers, fitters, welders, crane operators, electricians and control engineers on it. If one of them runs late, the rest wait.
We bring all of them and schedule them one after another: the foundation, the steelwork, the equipment, the cabling, the control panel, the software. You get one programme to follow and one person to call when something goes wrong.
How we work
We do not take on just a slice of the job. We come in at the site survey and leave once the plant has run with grain in it. Every stage has an owner, a deadline and a written handover to the next one — that is how you avoid the gaps where a site sits idle.
We measure the site, check access, utilities and the founding soil, and work out what capacity makes sense for your flow.

Mechanical assembly
We install flat-bottom and hopper-bottom steel silos, elevators, chain and screw conveyors, belts, separators, weighers and aspiration systems. We work to the manufacturer's documentation, checking levels as we go and running a tightness test wherever the design calls for one.
Electrical and automation
We design and build the power and control installation, manufacture the control panels and program the intake, drying, transfer and despatch routes. The plant is handed over commissioned, tested and fully documented.
Projects
From a farm with two bins to intake facilities of tens of thousands of tonnes, in Romania and beyond. Drag the handle to see the same site during assembly and once finished.
From equipment craned onto the slab to a line installed and connected: chipping, drying, pelleting and conveying, with the electrical installation and the automation.
Assembly had already started when we came on site. We took the job through to the end: silos, conveyor galleries, walkways and the fumigation system for the rice.
Sectors
We work on plants that differ widely in size and purpose, adapting our organisation and method to what each site actually needs. Every kind of job has its own procedures, timings and rhythm: we set the site up around the production flow and around the equipment. From a farm with two bins to an intake facility of tens of thousands of tonnes, the approach stays the same — fit quickly into the customer's organisation and carry the job through with precision and continuity.

Where we work
We work in Romania and abroad, alongside silo manufacturers and agri-industrial groups, on the assembly, installation and commissioning of their plants. The method stays the same whatever the country; only the local regulations and the logistics change.
On site
We work alongside your designers, site managers and staff, from mechanical assembly through to commissioning. We fit into the way the site is run, not the other way round.
Confidentiality, always
We work with equipment manufacturers and agri-industrial groups who give us access to their plants, technical documentation and production processes. We treat all of it as confidential.
Request a quote
Tell us where the site is, what has to be done and the dates you are working to. We look at what the project needs, work out the resources and come back quickly with a clear proposal — from the make-up of the crew to how long the job will take.
