Feed plant and grain mill mechanical assembly

We install the whole line of a compound feed plant, from the raw material bins through to despatch. Dosing accuracy determines the quality of the recipe, so that is where the checks begin.

The job starts with the steel structure that carries the line — the dosing tower, the landings and the access platforms — and continues with the equipment itself: bins and dosing units, hammer mills, mixers, pelletisers, coolers and sorters.

Transfer between machines runs on elevators, chain conveyors and screws. Their routes follow the slopes and levels in the design, checked before anything is fixed permanently.

At the end we install the aspiration and dedusting system and connect the equipment to the electrical installation and the control panel.
