Mechanical assembly
We erect, connect and commission grain dryers, with trials run on the actual product rather than a simple start-up test.
We install column dryers and modular dryers on foundations prepared beforehand, checking flatness and verticality before the modules go up. Then come the air chambers, the fans, the exhaust system and the feed and discharge conveyors.
The fuel connection, the burner and the safety devices are installed to the manufacturer's documentation and to the regulations in force. The control side — temperature and moisture sensors, drying controller — is wired to its own panel or to the facility's main automation.
Commissioning includes hot trials with grain in the machine, setting throughput and temperature for each product, and training the operators. The dryer is handed over with its parameters recorded.
