Design and execution
We design and build the electrical installation of an intake facility around the conditions it actually works in: long cable runs, dust, vibration and equipment started and stopped many times a day.
The design starts from the list of loads and from how the equipment will be used. Cable sizing, protection, discrimination and spare capacity are settled from the outset.
We install the routes on trays, trestles and galleries, the supply to each machine, the process and emergency lighting, the service sockets, the earthing and bonding, plus lightning protection where the design calls for it. In hazardous zones we use equipment and methods suited to the classification.
The installation is handed over with the measurements taken and recorded, and with the drawings updated to what was actually built.
