Mechanical assembly
A biogas plant combines large-volume vessels, equipment that runs continuously and pipework under special conditions, including zones with an explosion risk.
We install the digesters and post-digesters, the solid and liquid substrate feeding systems, the agitators — side-mounted or vertical — the pumps, separators and the rest of the auxiliary equipment, following the technology supplier's process design.
Pipework for substrate, process water and gas is built with attention to slopes, supports and sealing. In classified zones we use suitable equipment and procedures, and welding is carried out by certified welders.
We work alongside the technology supplier and the civil contractor, fitting in with the order in which the work fronts are released.
