Romanian and English are our own translations. The other languages open as an automatic Google translation.
Mechanical assembly
We erect flat-bottom and hopper-bottom steel grain silos, from single bins on a farm to complete batteries for intake facilities. We work to the silo manufacturer's documentation, whatever the brand.
The rings are lifted and bolted in the order set out in the documentation, with verticality checked as the structure grows. A small deviation at the base is amplified with height, so we check as we go, not at the end.
Joints are tightened to the torque given in the design. Where tightness is required, we run the test and put it right before handover.
Besides the bin itself we install the discharge cones and hoppers, the aeration and its fans, the temperature sensors, the stairs, landings and access platforms, plus the connections to the intake and discharge conveyors.
