Mechanical assembly
In a mill the equipment sits on several floors and each machine depends on the one before it. The assembly follows the process flow set out in the design, floor by floor.
We start with the cleaning section and the intake equipment, move on to the roller mills and plansifters, and finish with the pneumatic conveying, the filters and the flour bins. Each machine is set to the levels in the design, shimmed and aligned.
The pneumatic conveying and aspiration ducting is installed with care for routing and sealing, so no air is lost. At commissioning we work alongside the mill technologist.
