As the year comes to an end, we take a moment to review our
mechanical and electrical installation projects.
Our team has worked in 7 countries, installed more than
80,000 tons of storage capacity in metal silos,
delivered seed treatment plants and feed mills,
and tightened over 1,800,000 bolts.
Mechanical and electrical installation in 7 countries
Throughout the year, our installation teams have been active on sites across Central and Eastern Europe,
as well as in new markets for our portfolio. The objective remained the same:
safe, reliable and durable industrial installations.
From metal silos for grain to seed treatment plants and
feed mills, we maintained consistent technical standards and execution discipline.
Over 80,000 tons of metal silos installed
A key performance indicator this year is the installed storage capacity:
more than 80,000 tons in new metal silos.
These projects include complex steel structures, catwalks, elevator towers, conveyors and complete grain
handling systems. For our clients, this means increased storage capacity and more efficient logistics along the supply chain.
Seed treatment plants and feed mills
In addition to metal silos, we have also completed
seed treatment plants and feed mills.
In these projects, the integration between mechanical assembly, electrical installations and automation is critical.
The technological flows for cleaning, dosing, mixing, conditioning and packing must work together with minimal downtime
and maximum process control.
Automation and control panels – the brain of the plant
For many installations we also delivered the automation systems, including the design and assembly of
automation panels. Automation coordinates the entire process: conveying, aeration in the
metal silos, level monitoring and safety systems.
A robust automation concept means fewer unplanned stops, optimized energy consumption and higher overall reliability.
More than 1,800,000 bolts tightened
Beyond the big numbers, there is also a very concrete metric:
this year we tightened over 1,800,000 bolts.
Each bolt matters for the structural safety of a metal silo installation and for the long-term
strength of the entire system. These details make the difference between an average installation and a
project executed to high industrial standards.
