In Faurei, Braila County, Rosilo successfully completed one of its most ambitious projects to date – a fully integrated grain storage and processing facility with a total capacity of 36,000 tons. The project includes metal silos, mechanical assembly, a 40 t/h dryer, and a complete pre-cleaning and transport system.
This achievement strengthens Rosilo’s reputation in mechanical assembly and metal silo installation, executed at the highest European standards.
Silo System Structure
The installation consists of eight vertical metal silos:
- 4 x 6,000-ton storage cells;
- 4 x 3,000-ton storage cells;
- 2 Hopper cells for quick discharge.
The total storage capacity exceeds 36,000 tons, with a processing flow rate of 150 tons per hour.
Precision Mechanical Assembly
The mechanical assembly was carried out entirely by the Rosilo team using cranes, aerial platforms, and specialized equipment for safe and efficient installation. Each stage—from wall and roof assembly to transport system integration—was performed with precision and speed.
Drying and Pre-Cleaning System
The project includes a 40 t/h grain dryer equipped with automatic temperature and airflow control, preceded by a high-performance pre-cleaner to ensure consistent grain quality and minimal storage loss.
Automation and Efficiency
The entire facility operates at a capacity of 150 t/h through a centralized control system, allowing operators to manage the process from intake to final storage. Automation ensures safety, reliability, and optimized energy use.
