With a strong focus on mechanical assembly, Rosilo has initiated a captivating project: the installation of a medium-sized grain storage system, but with major importance in the agricultural industry. This project places mechanical assembly at the center of attention, while essential components of the system add significant value to crop management.
The focal point of the entire project is the three imposing silos, each with a capacity of 1,700 tons. These structures not only offer significant storage capacity but also ensure optimal protection of the grain against external factors. The precise and methodical assembly of these silos is vital to guarantee the integrity of the storage system.
To ensure maximum efficiency in the grain flow, a transport system with a capacity of 100 tons per hour has been meticulously integrated into the project. This aspect is essential to direct the crops to the silos in a smooth and rapid manner, minimizing downtime and optimizing agricultural processes.
In addition to these, the grain dryer and cleaner have been intelligently integrated into the system to process the grains before storage. These technological components bring significant added value to maintaining product quality and maximizing yield.
Within the project, the grain reception pit and the truck unloading bunker complete the ensemble. These strategic components allow efficient handling and smooth distribution of the grains to various destinations.
